  3. This is yours for FREE. Slightly less than the $14.95 + $3.50 s&h charged by DataDesk for their keyboard templates and more functional. (If you write as bad as I do this is essential.)

  5. The following may or may not be required (its what I used):
  6.     1.   Macintosh Plus
  7.     2.   Microsoft EXCEL
  8.     3.   ImageWriter II
  9.     4.   Geneva 9pt for editing
  10.     5.   Geneva 12pt for printing
  11.     6.   Landscape paper setting
  12.     7.   Legal Paper Size
  13.     8.   reduction setting
  14.     9.   0.25 Left & 0.1 Right Margins
  15.     10.  8.5 x 14 single sheet paper
  16.     11.  Fill in the boxes as desired
  17.     12.  Set Font size for printing (12pt)
  18.     13.  Print & Trim

  20. As far as I know the keyboard dimensions for the SE/II are the same. If not, adjust the column widths (especially columns F, K, & P) as necessary for approximating the key size and layout.

  22. You can get 4 or more templates on a single piece of paper by copying the template rows and pasting below. Remember to set print area.
